7.1 AI Companion: Our AI Study Companion uses third-party AI services (DeepSeek, OpenAI, Google Gemini). We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or availability of these third-party services.
7.2 API Keys: Users may provide their own API keys for AI services. You are responsible for the security and usage of your API keys. We are not liable for any charges incurred through your API key usage.
7.3 AI-Generated Content: AI-generated responses are provided "as-is" and should be verified for accuracy. We do not guarantee the correctness of AI-generated content.
8.1 Mentor Registration: Mentors must provide accurate information, including exam results and qualifications. False information may result in immediate termination of account.
8.2 Mentor Approval: Mentor applications are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to reject applications without providing reasons.
8.3 Session Bookings: Students book sessions directly with mentors. AaRaMbh facilitates the connection but is not a party to the mentor-student agreement.

9.2 Rewards: Rewards are subject to verification of test completion and accuracy. We reserve the right to disqualify participants who violate rules or engage in fraudulent activity.
9.3 Reward Disbursement: Rewards will be processed within 30 days of verification, subject to applicable payment gateway terms and conditions.
9.4 Disqualification: We reserve the right to disqualify participants and revoke rewards for any violation of terms, including but not limited to cheating, using unauthorized assistance, or multiple account creation.
10.1 No Guarantee of Results: While we strive to provide high-quality preparation materials, we do not guarantee specific exam results, scores, or success rates. Exam outcomes depend on various factors beyond our control.
10.2 Content Accuracy: We make reasonable efforts to ensure content accuracy, but we do not warrant that all information is error-free, complete, or current.
10.3 Service Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.
10.4 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, AaRaMbh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform.
10.5 Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
